Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or activated vibration alarms cannot be returned, unless the item is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund- no stress, no noise

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [your-email@example.com].

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
